10th Annual AITEC Gives Back Golf Classic
MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS & EVENT INFORMATION
Thank you for registering as a sponsor for the 10th Annual AITEC Gives Back Charity Golf Classic! This document will provide you with some important next steps to prepare for the event.

Tournament/Course This tournament will be played in a scramble format, intended to provide a fun, low-pressure competition. In this format, each team's players hit from the tee box, then the team members choose the best of the four shots for the next shot. All team members then play the second shot from that location, and again choose the best shot. Play continues in this manner until the hole is completed. The team then records its score and maintains that format for all 18 holes.
Platinum sponsors will have two foursome each, and Gold and Silver sponsors will have one foursome each. Each foursome will consist of two vendor golfers and two AITEC member golfers.
Two to three weeks prior to the event, all sponsors will receive a list of registered AITEC golfers. They will be asked to indicate their preferences for foursome players. Preference is given in order of sponsorship level (Platinum, Gold, . . ), then in order of registration. Foursomes will be announced about a week prior to the event, and AITEC reserves the right to make any changes to the groups as needed.
Pickleball players will be contacted separately as the event gets closer with additional details.
Dress Code & Guest Policies Please be aware of Montclair Golf Club’s dress code and the guidelines below. You can read the full list of guest policies here.
Reception Dress Code
All attendees will have access to the locker rooms during the event, and many choose to change after golf, but it is not required.
The dress code for golf will essentially carry over to the reception - collared shirts and slacks (or shorts) for men, same for women with the option of skirts and/or dresses. Jackets for men are optional.
Please do not wear jeans or denim, fip fops, sandals (open dress shoes are acceptable for women), sneakers, tshirts, ball caps, etc.
Any attendees who are not adhering to the dress code will be asked to secure an appropriate change of clothes.
Golf Club Rentals Golfers wishing to rent clubs should complete the following form by Monday, June 5th. If you cannot access the form, contact Ricky Gilligan at ricky@vpar.com. Please include whether you swing right or left handed and whether you prefer regular or stif fex. Ricky will assist you in paying separately for these rentals.
Payment Please pay your $100 registration fee no later than Monday, June 12th .

You will receive a receipt upon payment if using PayPal. If you need a receipt for a check or wire payment, email golf@aitec.org. You will not receive a tax donation letter, because the actual golf and dining fees exceed $100.
Please note: The payment instructions above are diferent from those used to make your annual membership payments.
Gratuity Your registration fee covers your golf and reception fees but does not include gratuity for the caddies or locker room attendants. Golfers should cover this expense in cash. This has been communicated to sponsors as well. AITEC Member Golfer Contact List All sponsors will receive a list of the AITEC members who attend this golf event, along with their contact information following the event. You will be asked to confrm your contact information at registration. Please provide the phone number and email address where you wish to be contacted , which is not likely your personal information. __________________________________
